The island of lemurs, a jewel of nature

Fishing village at the southern end of the island is known for its crystal clear waters and beaches of fine white sand.

Ranges Antrema can recall the Seychelles beaches, lined with huge rocks, where crystal clear water caresses the soft sand.

Humpback dolphins love to give them a show.

Facing Antrema we see the island “Dumanoir” a small rock where lies the tomb of a colon Ambanja, Mr Dumanoir.

This man wanted to be buried there to enjoy the exceptional view of the sunrise and the sunset.
